Google Hummingbird Update

The Hummingbird update was implemented by Google roughly 2 months ago as a means of improving already existing algorithms. It is again aimed at enhancing the search engine's ability to decipher content quality by "reading between the lines".
Now this doesn't mean that current guidelines are going out the window, this simply goes on top of everything else in an effort to make search results even more relevant. Google is continually working on becoming more intelligent to improve user experience and to protect the interests of advertizers but one thing remains the same "content is king". For as long your site content is informative, engaging, and abides by all the prescibed standards there's nothing to worry about.
